Paul and his son Ky were reliable, hardworking, conscientious, tidy and courteous all the things you want when having work done. I had a small bathroom that required a complete renovation. Paul visited to discuss my ideas and give me a quote which was very reasonable for what I wanted . Paul and Ky turned up on time all week and were trusted to be in my house whilst I was out. With their experience they knew what would work and look good . I was so glad that I chose pulling his team to support me with my kitchen renovation. He kept in touch with me along the way and made me feel at ease. He wasn’t upset when I asked him questions about how he was getting on and understood that it made me feel more confident when he did answer these questions. The work that was carried out meant that there was a large amount of dust and mess but they left my house clean and tidy after each day.
